The five little piggies are into Christmas in a big way – making a noise; partying; making presents; eating heaps; going ringa ding ding all the way home.  And in case anyone is feeling sad for the little piggy that has none, astute children will notice it is a different bereft little piggy for each double page spread. Veteran storyteller and artist Margaret Wild and Deborah Niland have constructed the plot so there is a recognisable structure to the actions and in my opinion it is a perfectly put together story.  Have fun sharing it with children who will not be able to help themselves entering in to the spirit of it all.
